Privacy Policy

AGNG Electric, Inc. is a licensed electrical contractor, not an advertising company. We collect your contact details for one reason: so we can call you back about the electrical work you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that help us run this website and reach you.

When you submit the estimate form on this site, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The city or area where the work is needed
• Whatever you type in the “what do you need” box
• Which page of the site you submitted from, so we know how you found us

Our servers also record ordinary technical information with every request, including your IP address. We use it to stop spam and abuse of the form, and it is not used to build a profile of you.

If you call us instead, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us on the call. If you reach us through a Google Local Services ad, Google may route and record that call under Google’s own privacy policy before it reaches us.

• To call, text, or email you back about the work you asked about
• To prepare and discuss an estimate
• To keep a record of the job and follow up about it
• To keep the form working and free of spam

By submitting the form you agree that we may contact you about your request. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send automated bulk messages.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Your submission passes through a small number of service providers that we use to operate the site, each of which is only permitted to process it on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts this website and processes the requests you make to it.
• Neon provides the database where your submission is stored.
• Resend delivers the email alert that tells us you got in touch.
• Google Analytics measures anonymous, aggregate traffic if analytics is enabled on this site. It never receives the contents of your form.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets a cookie to tell repeat visits apart in aggregate reporting. A separate sign-in cookie is used only by our internal admin dashboard, which is not part of the public site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works either way.

We keep lead records for as long as they are useful for the job, follow-up work, and our business records. If you would rather we delete yours sooner, ask and we will.

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them.

This site is meant for adults hiring an electrician. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us something, contact us and we will delete it.

Your submission travels to us over an encrypted connection and is stored with the providers listed above. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of information we collect deliberately small, and we do not ask for payment details, account numbers, or any government ID through this site.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
